· Minimum rental one week. Additional days pro rata to weekly rate. We accept bookings starting and finishing on any day.

· A refundable deposit of £200 (€300) is required against breakages, damage or extra cleaning.

· 25% of the rental amount is required to confirm your booking. The balance (75% of rental + refundable deposit) is due 6 weeks prior to rental. Payment in UK pounds or Euro accepted.
