Car parking

There is an underground car park (which keeps your car cool in the summer), with a lift direct from the car park to the front door of the apartment, allowing easy access and transport of luggage and shopping from car to apartment.  No parking is allowed at surface level within the community.

Management

Our apartment is managed by Matthew and his partner Emma, who live near Estepona. Matthew is an experienced property manager, bilingual in English and Spanish. In the unlikely event of any problems, he is easily accessible by mobile phone.

They ensure that the apartment is cleaned ready for your arrival, and one of them is normally there to greet you, give you an explanation of the facilities, answer any questions you have, and leave you with the keys. At the end of the stay, they will check the apartment, and authorise the return of your deposit.

We provide:

· Bed linen and towels for use within the apartment. However, please bring your own pool / beach towels.

· A starter grocery pack, including bread, water, milk and butter.

Our apartment sleeps four in comfort, with one double bed and two single beds. Located on the first floor, the apartment is new (completed December 2006) and spacious (76m2, plus a 15m2 patio). It features marble floors throughout, with full air conditioning/heating and a log fire if required in the winter. We bought this apartment mostly for our own use (and not to maximise rentals!), and so it is comprehensively furnished, and the furniture is all new and of high quality. 

 

There is a large entrance hall with fitted cupboard.  Through an archway is the living/dining room with double sliding glass doors opening onto the patio area.  In the living area, there is a comfortable three-seater leather sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table.  There is a TV including satellite access to BBC/ITV/E4/etc, DVD and CD player.  In the dining area, there is a dining table and 6 chairs.

On the patio there is another dining table and four reclining patio chairs for alfresco eating, and two sun loungers. The patio faces south-west, creating a wonderful sun trap from mid morning until sunset.

There is a master bedroom with double bed, fitted cupboards and a chest of drawers.

The kitchen has granite work surfaces and is superbly equipped with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven, grill, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

There is a separate laundry area with a washer/dryer, sink, drying stand, iron and ironing board.

The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted cupboards.

The second bathroom is in white marble, and includes a bath with shower.

The luxury en-suite bathroom is fitted in terracotta and cream marble, and includes a walk-in power shower.
